With that said, based on the Weight Watchers program, you could conceivably eat "crap" food each day and stay within your points. Will you lose weight? Most likely as this is limiting the amount of food you are eating. But health wise, it's not doing you any favors.

This is certainly no fault of the Weight Watchers Point System and is not what I am insinuating. To their credit, the food that is more fattening is obviously higher on the point system so you must eat less of that and more low point healthy food.

Well just think if you could still have a flexible diet as to what you eat but lose weight even faster by the types of food and when you eat them. Well you can and it may be a viable alternative to joining Weight Watchers, which is a bit on the expensive side.
